| More than ever, people are aware that fitness and
health go hand-in-hand and so choose to lead more active lifestyles. Chiropractic can help both the
fitness-conscious individual and the athlete to reduce their risk of injury and
increase their performance. I will explain the various types of athletic
injuries, how they occur, how they can be prevented, and how they can be
recovered from more quickly. I will also include performance enhancement and
nutrition for the athlete. I am able to draw upon my experience as a Championship college basketball
player, my training at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, and my training for the IRONMAN. This is a must for all
athletes. It frustrates me more than ever to see an athletic carrier over before
it begins. |
